What do I need to pay attention to when using crusher parts?

The use of crusher parts needs to pay attention to the method, especially some details on the issue, which is often the most easily ignored transport. The scientific and reasonable method of working can not only extend the service life of the crusher but also improve production efficiency. The following is an introduction to the precautions to be taken when using crusher parts in practice.

Here is the content list:

l Preparation before starting

l Crusher start-up

l Maintenance and use

l Lubrication work

Preparation before starting

The crusher parts should be carefully examined to see if the bearings are well lubricated, the connections in the bearing housing and if there is sufficient lubrication. The fastening of all crusher parts should be carefully checked to ensure that they are fully secured. Check that the drive belt is in good condition, any belt markings found should be replaced promptly and where there is pulley grease it should be wiped clean with a clean rag. Check that the protection devices of the crusher parts are in good condition, if found the protection devices are in poor condition, the start-up should be canceled immediately. Check if there is any ore or other debris in the crushing chamber, if there is ore or other debris, the start-up should be canceled.

Crusher start-up

Crusher parts can be inspected before start-up to prove that the mechanical transmission parts are normal. After start-up, if any abnormalities are found, the operation should be stopped immediately. Identify and resolve the abnormalities before restarting the crusher.

Maintenance and use

Ensure that the crusher can operate properly before starting to pour material. Material to be crushed should be added uniformly to the crushing chamber and feeding should be avoided to prevent sudden increases in load at sudden changes or unilaterally. Under normal conditions, bearings, this crusher parts temperature rise should not exceed 35 ℃, the higher temperature rise does not exceed 70 ℃. The material in the crushing chamber is completely broken before the motor can be switched off and the work stopped. In use, if the blockage is caused by the crushing chamber material stopping, the motor should be turned off immediately, the material removed first, and then restarted.

Lubrication work

Because lubricating oil ensures the normal operation of the bearings, constant attention should be paid to the lubrication of the friction surfaces to ensure the normal operation of the crusher. The common lubricant used for machines is calcium-based grease, but users can also choose other types of lubricant depending on the location of the machine. The amount of lubricant added is roughly 50-70% of the total amount in the bearings. The oil needs to be changed every three months. When replacing the lubricant, it can be cleaned with petrol and paraffin and the ball slides of the crusher parts are carefully cleaned.

The above illustrates the four aspects of crusher parts precautions from crusher start-up preparation, start-up work, maintenance and use, and lubrication work. If you have any other questions, please feel free to consult the Hyton Group Mechnical Equipment Co.
